There are two reasons for the heavy wheel oil leak:
- When excavator is working, the track is immersed in water for a long time, resulting in corrosion of the floating seal ring and O-ring seal ring groove.
- Winter construction in muddy water, resulting in floating seal ring icing failure.
The upward support of the track chain supports the wheel body of the excavator. And the two ends of the spindle bear the gravity of the excavation. The gravity of the excavator is transferred to the main shaft through the crawler frame. The outer cover and the inner cover, and then to the shaft sleeve and the wheel body.
When excavators operate on uneven ground, it is easy to cause the tracked plate to tilt, resulting in the chain track to tilt. When the excavator is turning, the axial channeling power will be generated between the main shaft and the wheel body. Due to the complex force of the track roller of the excavator, its structure are must be reasonable, and the main shaft, wheel body and shaft sleeve need to have relatively high strength, toughness, wear resistance and sealing performance.
Excavator track roller damage consequences need to be judged according to the damage. Different causes of damage may cause different consequences, but in order to ensure better use, we need to do daily inspection and maintenance work to reduce the probability of damage.
